Open the IE Browser………….
Select TOOLS and then INTERNET OPTIONS from the top menu bar……….
Make sure that the home page address is entered correctly
Select the CONNECTIONS tab……..
Make sure that NEVER dial a connection is selected.
Select the LAN settings button and make sure the proxy settings to use a
proxy server is NOT selected.
